Thank you for supporting the Holy Cross Retreat House Summer Improvements Campaign. No donation is too small and will provide a much-needed improvements. We will keep a running total of our progress on our social media and in emails throughout the summer.
HVAC Upgrades Needed: $30,000
The heating systems in the dining areas are no longer functioning, so this is the perfect opportunity to reimagine our HVAC capabilities. Due to the lack of air conditioning, we have not been able to offer retreats in the summer months. Fixing the heating systems and adding air conditioning will enable us to offer a year-round schedule of retreats.
Bedroom Updates Needed: $35,000
If you've lived a retreat recently, you could probably tell that the mattresses are more than a decade old. In fact, most everything in the bedrooms has not been updated in ages and now is the time to update! We need new mattresses, bed frames, bedding, pillows, lamps, and curtains. The list below is provided to give our community an idea of the items and quantities needed for our bedrooms. You can make a donation toward these items or sponsor an entire bedroom. Room sponsors will be recognized with a small plaque on the door.
